EVOLUTE consisting of 6 clusters from Czech Republic, Germany, Italy, Serbia, and Spain aims to build high performance clusters in the Automotive and Land Machinery Industry. Existing industry-relevant data will be analyzed, future outcome will be discussed with (industry-) partners to gain comprehensive knowledge to underline strategic decisions. The results are intended to 1. sustainably raise the clusters to a new level of quality and 2. help companies and employees to be prepared for future challenges (e.g. disruptive developments, digital & green transformation, challenges due to Covid-19) through new offers and services. Important objectives will be: - Improving the cluster management skills through EFCE-trainings - Improving and tailoring services for SMEs to support the industries transition - Increasing the peer2peer learning within and outside the consortium - Improving the capabilities of partner clusters to address new and emerging markets even outside EU countries - Designing a long-term strategy for further cluster excellence development - Using New Work strategies to enable efficient Up & Reskilling of the workforce across industrial ecosystems in the light of transitions - Establish an exchange of personnel among cluster participants and participating SMEs - Fostering innovation throughout the member companies for world class products and services Some of the products that will be developed at the end of the project are: - Cluster strategy of EVOLUTE - Comprehensive Portfolio of Services for EVOLUTE - Competence Development Toolbox - Cluster specific Up & Reskilling plan - Matchmaking Tool - Field report on best practices and C2C/B2B activities - Final report & brochure of the EVOLUTE ClusterXChange scheme - Report on outreach and awareness raising activities and lessons learned In total EVOLUTE aims to realise >270 events/exchanges involving >2,500 people/organisations. In addition >3,600 people will be reached through a website and social media.
