Expressions of interest are sought for qualified providers to develop a web-based portal for a global notification system for shortages and stock outs of medicines, vaccines and health products.

Please refer to the DRAFT bid instructions and complete Annex 1 and Annex 2 to respond with an expression of interest by the closing date posted. 

Complete bid documents and technical specifications will be provided to bone fide respondents to this request for expression of interest. Documents describing basic information from user audiences is provided as background information.

Technical requirements documents will be updated as annexes on or near the close of the expression of interest period. A question and answer session will also be accommodated.

Please note that when this RFP is released, it will have a strict deadline.

Work will take place at WHO headquarters in Geneva Switzerland.

Responses must be in English language.
