The Office of the Correctional Investigator (OCI) has a requirement for Internet specialists to perform periodic content updates to its Internet site. The OCI also has a requirement for Internet specialists to provide advice and guidance in implementing system-level code changes aimed at improving the flow or the look and feel of the Internet site.

This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders Arrangement, EN578-170432, who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region for the following category:

Level 2: Web Multi-media Content Consultant

Level 1: Web Developer

Only the following TBIPS SA Holders currently holding a TBIPS SA for Tier 1 in the National Capital Region under the EN578-170432 series of SAs are invited to submit a proposal. SA Holders may not submit a bid in response to this bid solicitation unless they have been invited to do so. However, should an uninvited SA Holder wish to be invited, it may contact the Contracting Authority to request an invitation at any time prior to five business days before the published bid closing date, and an invitation will be made to that SA Holder unless it is inconsistent with the efficient operation of the procurement system. In no circumstance will such an invitation require Canada to extend a bid closing date.
