Memorandum	All persons/companies interested in submitting a tender must attend a mandatory site preview at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 21, 2021 at A.G. Baillie Memorial School. Note due to Covid 19 restrictions, we will be proactively screening attendees regarding their travel history, whether they are experiencing any Covid19 symptoms (cough, fever, difficulty breathing etc.) and their contact with others. Attendees are to wear masks and may be asked to wear gloves. The CCRCE recommends that interested bidders ensure that proposed subcontractors are in attendance at the mandatory site preview. Bidders must register their presence with CCRCE stating the name of the contractor they represent. Failure to attend and register will lead to the non-acceptance of the tender by CCRCE. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to arrive on time, no extensions will be provided to late Bidders.
