The works comprise the removal and replacement of existing windows within 2-storey and 3-storey blocks of flats and houses with new double glazed timber windows along with ancillary works for joinerwork finishings internally around window ingoes, painting to the joinerwork finishings around ingoes and silicone pointing around window frames externally and internally. Replacing kitchen and bathroom window fans. Total of 70nr dwellings: 59nr flats and 11nr houses - (Total of 469nr windows to be replaced).A provisional sum allowance has been taken for replacement of communal stair windows.
