Penrith City Council (hereinafter referred to as “Council”) is seeking proposals for the reliable and cost effective provision of CBD Cleaning Services within the Penrith Local Government Area. The Contract will be for an initial period of three (3) years, with an option by Council to extend for a further (2) x one (1) year periods.
