The solicitation follows Request for Information (RFI) 36C25222I2351 posted to https://sam.gov in October, 2021. Description of Need: Network Contracting Office 12 Milwaukee, Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking medical office space to operate the Baraboo Community Based Outpatient Clinic. A minimum of 11,250 ANSI/BOMA (ABOA) square feet (SF) up to a maximum of 11, 812 ABOA SF (totaling 15,188 up to 15,947 Rentable SF) of space for use by VA, as a Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Baraboo, Wisconsin. VA will consider leased space located in an existing building as well as land to be fully developed and space constructed by the submitting party in accordance with VA requirements ( One-step ). Pre-Proposal Conference: Interested Offeror s will be responsible to submit any initial questions by 4:00 PM CST on February 01, 2022.
