This notice is for Solicitation Number 36C24219R0011 Building 105, Room GF-23 at the James J. Peters VA Medical Center, 130 West Kingsbridge Road, Bronx, NY 10468.



This shall be a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. As a result, all SDVOSB s may submit a Proposal, which will be considered by the agency. This project is classified under NAICS Code 236220, and has a Size Standard of $36.5 million. The cost estimate range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.

Scope of Work

Mechanically prepare all accessible areas with the use of dust free hand grinders and/or vacuums. This procedure removes all surface laitance, oil, grease and dirt from the substrate and provides a mechanical profile to enhance bonding.



Stonclad GS - A three-component, troweled, 1/4" mortar consisting of bisphenol A epoxy resin, curing agent and selected, graded aggregates blended with inorganic pigments.



Stonshield SLT - A nominal 3/32" - 1/8" floor system consisting of a two-component epoxy primer, brightly colored quartz broadcast aggregate and a two-component, self-leveling epoxy base, brightly colored quartz aggregate broadcast and a two-component, UV resistant, clear epoxy sealer.



The period of performance is 14 calendar days from date of Notice to Proceed.
