Annex 2 - Offeror's Letter to UNDP
Overview :

UNDP Jamaica is seeking an individual consultant to undertake a partnership landscape assessment, aligned with national priorities and MSDF Partnerships Strategy, to conduct a national partnership landscape assessment of Jamaica, aligned to the MAPS approach (Mainstreaming, Acceleration and Policy Support) for the implementation of the SDGs and contribute to the formulation of a regional funding framework for the new MSDCF.  

We kindly invite you to submit your offer for a consultant to perform as Partnership Landscape Assessment, as detailed in Annex 1 of this Individual Contract Procurement Notice; when preparing your offer, please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2.

Quotations may be submitted on or before 2 August 2021, no later than 15:00 (UCT /GMT -5), Jamaica time through an e-mail to the following address with subject line as follows:

The procedures for the acquisition of services will be the ones indicated by the United Nations Development Programme.

This process is directed only to one individual.  Any proposal received by more than one individual jointly or legal entity will be rejected.  Likewise, the proposals from consultants involved in the elaboration of the present Terms of Reference will be rejected.
