Eligibility of Tenderer :

This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers /reputed bonafide firm /Contractors /organization/NHA enlisted /JVCA /contractors having the following qualifications:

(a) Reputed contractors who have minimum 05(five) Years General Experience of Sub-station Installation work.

(b) Having Experience in successfully completion of  Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of minimum 400 KVA Sub-station Equipment including H.T Cable & Cable & 80 KVA Generator with Foreign Canopy & ATS in a single contact amounting Tk.70.00 lac during last 05(Five) Years. In Government /Semi-Government/Autonomous organization.(c) The Experience certificate for successfully completion of similar nature works shall have to be issued by the Officers not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned department/Organization duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of NHA/PWD of that district /area under whose jurisdiction of work has be done.(d) Having up-to-date valid A,B ,C category electrical Contractors and Supervisory License from Electric Licensing Board.
(e) The tenderer must enclose with tender valid VAT registration certificate from the NBR.
(f) The tenderer must enclose with tender up to date Income Tax clearance certificate from the NBR.
(g) The tenderer must enclose up to date Trade license with tender.(h) The required minimum Average Annual Construction Turn over is 80.00 lac in last 05(five) years.(i) The liquid Asset or Credit Facilities of the Tenderer is minimum 70.00 lac.(j) Front loading not to be accepted. If any abnormal less or above quoted rate found by authority it will not be approved unless logical analysis is attached in Tender.(k) Tender will be non-responsive & rejected if the quoted amount of the of the Tender is less or above10 % of the total Engieer's Estimated cost. (l) Tender shall be valid for a period of 120 ( One hundred twenty) days.
