Having experience in successful completion of at least one number of similar nature of work in a single contract having minimum value of 55.00 lac under any Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous organization only during last five years. The work completion certificate for successful completion shall have to be issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent officer of concerned department/ organization. (Work order & completion certificate must be enclosed).
2. Minimum bank liquid asset (cash flow/ free fund) is 40.00 Lac.
3. Minimum average annual construction turn over under any Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous organization in the last five financial years (2012-13 to 2016-17) is 140.00 Lac/year; 700.00 lac total in last 5 years.

4. Upto date trade license (2016-17)
5. National ID card
6. Vat registration certificate
7. Satisfying other criteria stated in the TDS/PCC
