Eligibility of Tenderer :

Tenderer/ Construction firm who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience.
Experience in successfully completion of at least 1 (one) number of similar nature of building works with Pre-cast pile foundation (Civil, Sanitary & Water supply arrangement and Internal Electrification of amounting to minimum TK. 200.00 (Two hundred) lac in a single work order in Government /Semi-Government /Autonomous Organization during last 5 (five) years as stated in TDS of Tender document.
The required average annual construction turn over during the last 5 (five) years shall be minimum Tk. 350.00 (Three hundred fifty) lac with in last 05 (five) years against which certificate from NBR must be enclosed with the tender.
The tendered must have a minimum amount of free funds (liquid Assets) or Credit facilities net of other Contractual commitments of the Tender Shall be TK. 50 (fifty) lac as stated intender Data sheet of Tender document. Supporting document of liquid asset should be issued in between the date of publication of tender and the date the date of submission of tender

The tendered must enclosed upto date TIN & VAT Registration certificate,income tax certificates fron NBR,upto date Trade license and original money receipt.
The tenderer must have valid ABC category contractor & supervisory license from Electricity license from Electricity licensing board, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
All other conditions as mentioned in tender document must be fulfilled. Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected. All certificates & necessary papers to be submitted in respective forms as mentioned in the tender document.
