Eligibility of Tenderer :

i) The participating tenderer must posses prior experience in similar nature of construction work in any Trade fair organized by PWD or other Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Bodies in Bnagladesh. The work completion certificate shall have to be issued by the authority (not bellow the rank of Executive Engineer) of concerned department/organization duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.

ii) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate.
iii) Valid VAT registration certificate.
iv) Up-to-date trade license.
v) Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet of the tender documents.
