The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following additional documents:
a) Tenderers must be 1st class enlisted electrical contractor having valid ABC licence from electricity licencing board of Govt. of Bangladesh.
b) 1st class electrical reputed contractor/construction firm who have minimum 5 (five) years in general experience in construction and renovation of 33kv, 11kV, 11/0.4kV & 0.4kV distribution line.
c) Tenderer must have satisfactory work completion certificate of similar work volume of which will be minimum Tk 25 (Twenty Five) Lacs  under maximum 3 (Three) of contract(s) over a period of 5 (Five) years shall be required issued from BPDB, WZPDCL, DESCO, DPDC not below the rank of Executive Engineer under whom the work was done.
d) Tenderer must have upto date income tax clearance, VAT registration and trade licence.
e) Annual audit report from a recognized Chartered Accounted firm for the last 3 (three) years.
f) Average annual volume of construction turn over shall be minimum Tk 48 (Forty Eight) lacs over the last 3 (Three) years.
g) Liquid assets/availability of funds and/or credit facilities from bidder's banker(s) at least Tk 25 (Twenty Five) Lacs.
h) Tenderer shall under no circumstances assign the works or any part of it to the sub-contractor(s).

i) Total amount of quoted value must be between +10% to -10% of estimated cost (Official Estimated Cost is Tk 48,29,902/-). Otherwise the tender document will consider as rejected

j)Tenderer must have eligibility and conformity of Materials, Equipments, Manpower and Services, National ID (NID), Authorization letter.

k) For more than one contract signing liquid money must be the sum of liquidity of those individual tenders.
