Eligibility of Tenderer :

1. Nationality of Bangladesh.
2. Tenderer registered in e-GP system.
3. A satisfactory completion of (Earth Works) similar works of at least Tk. 2,50,000.00(Two lakh Fifty Thousand Only ) under max. 4 (four) numbers of contracts over a period of last 10 (ten) years shall be required.
4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 1,30,000.00 (One lakh Thirty Thousand Only) best 5 (five) years over the last 10 (ten) years.
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. banking instrument or working capital or credit facilities or credit line of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 1,10,000.00 ( One lakh Ten Thousand Only).
Also fulfill the qualification criteria stipulated in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) and other conditions of the tender documents(s) and As per PPA-2006 & PPR- 2008.
