ASSIGNMENT OVERVIEW Assignment Title: 1277589- Developing an integrated environmental and social management system for a Cambodia Agribusiness company Assignment Countries:- Cambodia ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION IFC is supporting a Cambodia-based Agri-business client to improve its ESG performances through developing an integrated environmental and social management system (ESMS). The goal of this assignment is to support the client to have in place an integrated ESMS, including establishing an EHS function, developing fit-for-purpose EHS procedures and management plans, creating an EHS culture through training of staff, service providers and third-party suppliers, monitoring and reporting on its EHS performance, and involving stakeholder buy-in. This goal may be achieved through consolidating sound implementation of the existing and different management systems, but not limited to, including food safety management systems such as BRCGS, HACCP, FSSC/ISO22000, internal management system under SRP, Fairtrade International, the corporate social and environmental responsibility and management and/or adoption of additional sustainability standards such as ISO14001 or SMETA Pillar four.
