https://devbusiness.un.org/content/econsult-rwanda-stunting-prevention-and-reduction-program-facility-survey ASSIGNMENT OVERVIEW Rwanda Stunting Prevention and Reduction Program- Facility survey Assignment Countries:- Rwanda ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION The objective of the Rwanda Stunting Prevention and Reduction Program is to support Rwanda's vision and commitment to eliminate chronic malnutrition in children under two through the scale-up of a combination of nutrition-specific and nutrition-sensitive interventions, addressing both the supply side (nutrition services) and the demand side (CCTs). The facility survey involves 4 activities: (1) a facility questionnaire to collect data on the availability and readiness for nutrition services; (2) health worker interviews; (3) exit interviews with attending ANC and growth promotion services; and (4) extraction of historical birthweight information from delivery registers. FUNDING SOURCE The World Bank Group intends to finance the assignment / services described below with trust fund resources provided by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF), Power of Nutrition (PON), and Child Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF). ELIGIBILITY Eligibility restrictions apply: 1. Experience in the core business of data-collection and surveys. 2. Qualifications and Relevant technical and managerial capabilities of key staff. 3. Firm must be eligible to be a vendor INDIVIDUAL / FIRM PROFILE The consultant will be a firm. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS The World Bank Group now invites eligible firms to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc. for firms; CV and cover letter for individuals). Please note that the total size of all attachments should be less than 5MB. Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications. Interested firms are hereby invited to submit expressions of interest. Expressions of Interest should be submitted, in English, electronically through World Bank Group eConsultant2 (https://wbgeconsult2.worldbank.org/wbgec/index.html) NOTES Following this invitation for Expression of Interest, a shortlist of qualified firms will be formally invited to submit proposals.
