The Framework is for the provision of Residential Property Services including (but not limited to) Estate Agency Services, provision of Home Reports and provision of property valuations.
The Framework will operate across two Lots as follows:
Lot 1 – Estate Agency Services
Lot 2 – Valuation Services
A single provider shall be appointed to each Lot. Bidders may apply for one or both Lots, however to avoid any conflicts of interest in the delivery of the service, bidders cannot be appointed to both Lots.
