Additional information about electronic auction: The Contracted Authority will use electronic auction as a last stage in the open procedure. The subject of the electronic auction is the total price including all the expenses, sale and the import customs, without VAT. The starting price is the lowest one from the acceptable offers, submitted in the primary base of the procedure.
The invitation for participation at the auction will be electronically delivered through ESPP (electronic system for public procurement) after full evaluation of the initial offer, to all economic operators who have submitted acceptable bids in the first stage of the procedure and are registered in the ESPP (electronic system for public procurement). The invitation for participation at the auction will be electronically sent to the user’s profile mailbox of ESPP i.e. to the mentioned person in the Bid form who was previously registered in the ESPP.
