Electricity supply (active power) for the needs of the University.

The need for the supply is in line with the need of the University.

— document for registered professional activity;

— current balance sheet issued by the Central Registry of the Republic of North Macedonia;

— the economic operator proves the fulfillment of the special conditions in accordance with the law with submission of:

— valid license for performing energy activity electricity supply energy issued by the Energy Regulatory Commission of the Republic of Northern Macedonia;

— copy from the electricity market registration agreement in accordance with the market rules of electricity;

— a copy of the balance sheet agreement in accordance with the market rules with electricity (Copies to be signed by the Authorised Persons of the Economic Operators);

— a statement by the economic operator that in the last 5 years the economic operator or the person who is a member of the managing or supervisory body of that economic operator or has the power to represent or supervise or supervise it in the last five years has not pronounced final court verdict for a felony which has elements of the criminal offenses of participation in criminal association, corruption, tax evasion and contributions, terrorism or criminal offenses related to terrorist activities, money laundering and financing terrorism and child labor and human trafficking set out in the criminal code;

— confirmation stating that no bankruptcy procedure has been initiated by a competent body;

— confirmation stating that no liquidation procedure has been initiated by a competent body;

— certificate of paid taxes, benefits and other public duties issued by a competent body in the country where the economic operator is registered;

— confirmation from the Register of penalties for committed criminal offenses of legal entities proving that no secondary penalty — ban on participating in open call procedures, awarding public procurement contracts and contracts on public — private partnership has been pronounced;

— confirmation from the Register of penalties for committed criminal offenses of legal entities proving that no secondary penalty — temporary or permanent ban on performing particular activity has been pronounced;

— confirmation stating that no misdemeanour sanction — ban on the performance of the profession, activity or duty, i.e
