Option: Unterstützungsleistungen im Zeitraum vom 1. Mai 2023 bis 30. April 2025

Bei Bedarf des eigenen Kundenservices des OOWV soll er auf den Auftragnehmer zugreifen können. Im Angebot ist vom Bieter darzustellen, mit welcher Vorlaufzeit eine solch kurzfristige Beauftragung erfolgen kann. Angaben zur Vergütung sind im Preisblatt einzupflegen.

Optionale Leistungen können durch einfache schriftliche Mitteilung des AG abgerufen werden. Diese optionalen Leistungen werden mit vollem oder eingeschränkten Leistungsumfang, einzeln oder im Ganzen beauftragt. Ein Rechtsanspruch auf Beauftragung dieser Leistungen besteht nicht. Insbesondere behält sich der AG vor, diese Leistungen an Dritte zu vergeben.
