Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

In der Entwurfsplanung ist man davon ausgegangen die Quertragwerke in Nord- und Südkopf nicht in Einzelstützpunkte auflösen zu müssen. Nach Rili 997.01 ist es nicht mehr zulässig die Kettenwerke über Hauptgleisen in Querfeldern zu führen. Eine Untersuchung zur Auflosung der Quertragwerke im Planungsbereich des Hbf wurde daher erforderlich, um die Möglichkeiten der Auflösungen für den Bauherrn aufzeigen zu können. Die Leistung war im geschlossenen Bauvertrag nicht enthalten.
