The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), Northeast Fisheries Science Center (NEFSC), located at Woods Hole, Massachusetts intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Onix Networking Corp, for single award for the purchase of Google Chromebox. Onix Networking Corp is the sole custodian of the Google License within NOAA. Each of the Google Hangout Meet Hardware Kits are registered within the Admin console and are tied to a resource account within the noaa.gov domain. Without this registration, the Government is unable to obtain the required software/hardware. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Only one responsible source.

The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this acquisition is 541519 with a business size standard of $27.5M.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that demonstrates their products capabilities and specification. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
