Description

The United Nations Development Programme in Jamaica is looking to engage an individual consultant to conduct a comprehensive gender analysis of policies, frameworks, and associated documents to ensure that gender outputs, activities and considerations are fully mainstreamed into the Climate Change Policy Framework and the National Housing Policy. The results of this analysis will contribute to the development policy briefs which will guide revision of the policies.

The Consultant will work under the overall supervision of the UNDP Programme Specialist. The substantial technical review and final approval of deliverables by the consultant will be performed by the UNDP Jamaica Programme Specialist, the Climate Change Division, Ministry of Housing, Urban Renewal, Environment and Climate Change and the Bureau of Gender Affairs.

Proposals should be submitted in English by email no later than Monday, August 30th, 2021 at 15:00 (Jamaica time, UTC-5), using the following subject line: IC 151025 Climate Change and National Housing. Offers received after the aforementioned date and time will not be considered.
