Eligibility of Tenderer :

This Invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below.
1) Reputed Contactors/Construction firms having general experience in E/M works for minimum 5 years.
2) Must have successful completion of at least 1(one) number similar nature of works for corresponding Lot(s) under any Government/semi Government / Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (Five) years amounting not less than Tk. 1.0 Lac in a single contract. Last 05 (Five) years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT.
3) For works done under PWD, the certifying/authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. For works done under any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Body other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
4) A minimum average annual construction turnover of TK 3.0 Lac supported by total certified payment received for work completed under public sector during last Five years.
5) Minimum amount of liquid assets/credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 1.60 Lac. Adequacy of minimum liquid assets substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh as specified in the format (attached with tender document), without any alteration, issued not earlier than twenty eight days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender.
6) The Tenderer must enclose with tender valid VAT Registration certificate, Updated Income Tax Clearance certificate, Trade license and up to date ABC license issued by the Electrical Licensing Board of Bangladesh.
7) Tenderers are expected to submit their rates and documents in accordance with ITT Clasue 10.1(c), 30.3 & 30.4.
