This contract is for the provision of transport services in limousines and minibuses with a driver in Strasbourg.

Upon request of the European Parliament, the contractor must provide the resources in terms of personnel and rolling stock to ensure transport services, in limousines and minibuses, for Members of the European Parliament between buildings of the European Parliament in Strasbourg, airports and stations (including Offenburg station) serving Strasbourg and vice versa, as well as within the city of Strasbourg and its surrounding areas within a radius of 20 km, during parliamentary sessions or any other events organised by the European Parliament in the city, including those organised outside periods of parliamentary sessions.

The contract will be implemented by means of order forms covering the parliamentary activity weeks in Strasbourg (estimated timeframe is 12 weeks per year). The number of vehicles to be mobilised during peak time slots is 20 limousines and 20 minibuses, and the weekly volume is estimated at 720 hours.

— the capacity to have a sufficient number of experienced drivers (min. 40 drivers with at least two years driving experience), administrative and supervisory staff.

— a list of the main services carried out from 2018, accompanied by a reference letter or a certificate of good performance for the three largest customers;

— description of technical equipment: fleet list with car model, registration number and date of first registration;

— a list of staff in place in Strasbourg.
