2) Quality of references from equivalent assignments, c.f. the qualification requirement in point 8.5 in the tender documentation, up to 5 per tenderer (60 %);

3) Assessment of the company's financial standing/capacity, c.f. the documentation in point 8.4 in the tender documentation (20 %).
