Norsk Tipping would like, via this qualification documentation, to qualify potential service providers who would like to submit a tender for an operational contract for a nationwide communication system for Norsk Tipping.
Norsk Tipping has an ongoing contract that is expiring and which will be replaced by this notice.
The current contract partner is TDC. The current contract expires 31.3.2017.
Frameworks for the services that shall be provided:
Norsk Tipping shall procure a future orientated, secure and complete communication system for, amongst other things:
— Dealer network
o Commuication with terminals and digital devices at dealers, approx. 4 000 locations nationwide, including Svalbard.
o Communication with partners such as Buypass and grocery chains.
o Future services (wlan, video, tv etc.)
— Internet
o Access to Norsk Tipping's digital sales channels (mobile, desktop, tablet)
o For internal use such as surfing, sip etc.
o For use with partners
— The service provider shall be responsible for the daily operation and monitoring of the system based on 24/7/365 including a notification service for events.
— Expected running time in normal operations is almost 100 %.
— The service provider shall own and maintain all the necessary equipment.
— The service provider shall be responsible for the engineering design, rolling out, installation, configuration and maintenance of the system.
