II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

The municipality's intention with the dialogue conference is:

1) To acquire knowledge on the technology and explore any new technological systems. This is important so that the contracting authority does not set minimum requirements that exclude good, innovative, and future-orientated systems or design the contest in a way that is not suitable for selecting the best system;

2) To have a dialogue around suppliers' experiences of contest processes that suppliers have participated in. The contracting authority believes it is important to have a dialogue in order to have a fair contest. In addition, suppliers often have experience of what the contracting authority must think about so that all suppliers are equal in the contest.

The dialogue conference is scheduled for 31 May 2021. All suppliers will be invited individually.
