II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
For several years, the municipality has focused on a healthy diet and physical activity through "HOPP" (Health-promoting upbringing in Horten municipality). The contracting authority wants to limit the food waste. The agreement on food products applies to the municipal area of upbringing, which consists of three service areas: schools, nurseries, children and families The activities that are the main users of this agreement are nurseries, primary schools, Wraparound care services (Norwegian: SFO), secondary schools, children's homes and some institutions. See Annex 3 for an overview of activities. This may be changed during the agreement period.
