Justification:

To ensure accessibility in connection with winter operations, the tender submission deadline is reduced by 15 days, cf. PPR 20-2 (3). This is necessary since we currently are without a contractor to perform winter maintenance when snowfall occurs. This is i.a. To ensure vital accessibility on the municipal road network when snowfall occurs.
