The Inspection Council makes annual inspections of, amongst other things, lawyers' submitted self-declarations with auditor comments and the annual accounts. The Inspection Council also carries out on-site inspections at lawyers and legal practitioners. As part of this inspection work, the Inspection Council uses external government-authorised auditors, cf. the Lawyer Regulations, section 4-6.

Tenderers are required to refer to experience from equivalent assignments as a liable contract party, or that the offered team can refer to experience from equivalent assignments under another employer, cf. point 2.3. Equivalent assignments means assignments that are deemed to be relevant as regards the nature, value, and scope of this contract. Emphasis is put on the fact that experience from assignments of equivalent services that are not regulated by Norwegian law will not be deemed to be of an 'equivalent nature'.

• A list of the most important deliveries or services performed in the past three years, including information on the value, date, and name of the public or private recipients with contact information.
It is the tenderer´s responsibility to document relevance in the description.
