The Norwegian Agency for Public and Financial Management c/o the Government Procurement Centre intends to announce the procurement of cloud consultancy services during August 2021. Draft of the primary tender documents is completed. In connection with the final phase of the work, we want to give suppliers the opportunity to provide input to the competition. In view of the planned progress in the process, we recommend interested suppliers provide their input by 22 June 2021.

The potential users identified are approx. 160 000 employees in state administrative bodies divided into approx. 200 businesses, as well as approx. 547 000 employees in municipalities and counties, divided into 356 municipalities and 11 counties. Geographically, the users are located across the entire nation, including Svalbard and Jan Mayen.

Since the contracts on the Marketplace are voluntary to use, there is uncertainty about when the framework agreements will be taken into use and in what scope. It is therefore impossible to estimate the number of affiliated companies and the scope in kroner in this prior information notice.
