The purpose of procurement is to obtain modular vests for military and law enforcement service dogs with audio and video capabilities, drop function and protective measures. The Vest shall have functions so that the dog with handler can rappel and parachute.
As the initial part of the procurement process, Norwegian Defence Material Agency would like to invite prospective bidders to apply for pre-qualification Only pre-qualified tenderers will receive an invitation to the tender documentation.
Please note that the deadline for the pre-qualification is 26 February 2021, not 15 February 2021 as stated in the document 'invitation to pre-qualification'. This document will be updated.
