The grinder must be designed to grind garden-park waste, recycled stumps and roots. It must be delivered with a long conveyor belt, and must be able to produce difference sizes of processed timber, for example 100 mm/150 mm/250 mm/300 mm.
The Contracting Authority anticipates that the cutter will operate for approx. 1 200 hours per year. It will be based at Støleheia in Vennesla municipality, but will also be driven to assignments around Sørlandet [Southern Norway].
