II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

Norsk helsenett SF (NHN) invites tenderers on behalf of the health management to a contest for a framework agreement for profiling articles and gifts. The intention is to enter into a contract with one (1) tenderer. This tenderer must be able to make national deliveries.

Profiling articles means various articles and small gifts with each organisation's logo/graphical profile. An option is wanted for company gifts.

The following entities under the Ministry of Health and Care Services will have an option to use the framework agreement that is signed:

1. The Norwegian Biotechnology Advisory Board

2. The Norwegian Directorate of eHealth

3. The Norwegian Radiation and Nuclear Safety Authority

4. The Elderly's Ombudsman

5. The Norwegian Institute of Public Health

6. The Norwegian Health Economics Administration

7. The Norwegian Directorate of Health

8. The National Office for Health Service Appeals

9. Norsk Helsenett SF

10. The Norwegian System of Patient Injury Compensation

11. The Patient and User Ombudsman

12. The Norwegian Board of Health Supervision

13. The Norwegian Medicines Agency

14. The Government's Investigating Committee for the Health and Care Services

The framework agreement will be for 2 years, with an option for an extension for 1+1 year so that the total possible contract length is 4 years.
