The purchasing system shall cover the requirements for hire of consultancy and advisory services for project and programme management. This includes, but not limited to, the following areas:
— project management,
— programme management,
— project support and consulting/assistant project manager,
— process management; facilitate processes where the customer is responsible for the project,
— manage and assist in connection with implementing and out-sourcing projects,
— portfolio management,
— project planning and organisation,
— progress management,
— risk assessment management for projects,
— quality assurance of the project,
— nonconformity management,
— estimation and follow-up costs,
— implementation strategy,
— project Team management,
— other project related consultancy services and elucidations,
The Dynamic purchasing system does not include ICT consultancy services.
