The contract will be valid for 8 months, with an option for 1 year + 1 year + 1 year. The total contract value is just under NOK 12 000 000 excluding VAT.

The contract is exempt from a contest notice pursuant to the public procurement regulations, section 13-4 letter a): The contracting authority has held a contest in accordance with the rules in section 13-3 letter b (after not having received any tenders in a prior open tender contest) and still received no tenders.
