TF-A0415 SPECIFIC PROCUREMENT NOTICE (SPN) REQUEST FOR QUOTATION Contract Title: Provision of accommodation, catering, escort security and transport service for PCU logistical support and Beneficiary Ministries of FGS Ref No: SO-OPM-47808-NCS-RFQ Deadline for the respond to SPN: Tuesday, 15th June 2021 at 2.00pm (Mogadishu, Somalia time).     1.               The Office of the Prime Minster, Federal Government of Somalia has received a grant from the International Development Association (IDA) of the World Bank toward the cost of the Somali Capacity Injection, Project ID: P149971/TF: 0A0415, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Provision of accommodation, catering, escort security and transport service for PCU logistical support and Beneficiary Ministries of FGS in Mogadishu, Somalia. 2.               The Office of the Prime Minster, Federal Government of Somali now invites sealed quotations from eligible and qualified suppliers for the Provision of accommodation, catering, escort security and transport service for PCU logistical support and Beneficiary Ministries of FGS within one-week delivery period; Suppliers will be notified by the client at the time of the task order. Additional details are provided in the Request for Quotation (RFQ) Document. 3.                Interested Suppliers may obtain a full set of the RFQ document in English language (including specifications) by visiting the website: https://cip.gov.so/procurement/ Alternatively, interested bidders may request a complete RFQ document in English language on application through e-mail to cip.procurement@opm.gov.so  The RFQ document will be sent as an e-mail attachment. 4.                 Deadline – Quotations should be received, in sealed envelope and MUST be delivered to the address below not later than Tuesday, 15th June 2021 at 2.00pm (Mogadishu, Somalia time).     5.               The bidders have also an option to send a complete and signed quotation to CIP generic email address specified below.
