Eligibility of Tenderer :

01. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be Five [05] years; Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
02. The required average annual related construction works turnover shall be greater than Tk.2,50,00,000.00 (Taka Two Crore Fifty Lac) over the last Five [05] years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
03. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.2,00,00,000.00 [Taka Two Crore].
04. Tenderers shall have up to date valid Trade License, ABC Electrical Supervisory License from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board, TIN Certificate, Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
05. All others are as per Section-2 Qualification criteria.
