Description of Work:
The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) is in the process of modernising its complex environment which manages our information management systems which includes M365, GCdocs, and many other integrated or connected applications.
The SICV division constantly adopts , new and innovative technologies with regards to Information Management (IM) and collaboration tools. In support of the M365 deployment, it is imperative to secure resources that have the experience and knowledge with IM systems in governmental organisations for GAC to maintain its presence as a leader and strategic partner on the International stage with regards to IM-IT.
The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (SICV Development team) requires one (1) Application/Software Architect – Level 3 with extensive expertise in architecting, engineering, customizing, configuring, implementing and supporting an enterprise-wide, globally distributed Microsoft 365(M365) solutions. The Contractor will provide support and development surrounding the Architecture. They will provide services with regards to meeting business needs and the transition of the technical support and development efforts for the new Information and Records Management Systems.
