The minimum specific experience of at least single contract(s) of similar works  successfully completed within the last 03 (three) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 35 (Thirty Five) Lakh


The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 70 (Seventy ) Lakh over the last 03 (three) years.


The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 50 (Fifty) Lakh.
