Requirement:
Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of Correctional Services Canada (CSC) is seeking tenders for the provision of all materials, equipment, labour and supervision to construct a new Trash Extraction Building on the grounds of the Stony Mountain Institution, Stony Mountain, MB.
OPTIONAL SITE VISIT
1. There will be a site visit on May 25, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. Interested bidders are to meet at the Security Escort Office located at Stony Mountain Institution.
Covid Instructions:
A Site tour starting at the Security Escort Office can be arranged but Covid-19 protocols must be adhered to at all times. This includes;
1. Covid-19 questionnaire
2. Mask wearing at all times.
3. Bidders should also complete and submit the COVID certification (see section SI03)
Please bring valid Government Identification for verification. Each company will be limited to two attendees for the site visit, depending on the number of registered attendees there may be multiple walkthroughs of the site to limit potential Covid Exposure and to allow for safe social distancing. To ensure a fair bidding process, no questions will be answered at the site visit. Please submit all questions via email to Hector.Ho@pwgsc-tpsgc.gc.ca . Questions and answers will be posted on buy and sell website.
Bidders should communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than May 23, 2022 to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. If requests submitted is less than 3 calendar days, bidders risk not being granted access for the site visit. Bidders should also complete and submit the following certification (see section SI03).
Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and downloading in the Portable Document Format (PDF) or in a standard paper version. Tenderers should note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1) contains the Drawings and Specifications Packages (DSP) which consist of PDF files organized in an industry recognized directory structure
