The University intends to establish a strong commercial partnership built on a culture of constructive challenge, successful delivery and continuous improvement and expects to receive excellent value for money from the services provided. Manchester Metropolitan University (‘the University’) is seeking to appoint through a competitive tender process, a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to deliver an integrated payment platform and all related payment functionality. The University intends to establish a strong commercial partnership built on a culture of constructive challenge, successful delivery and continuous improvement and expects to receive excellent value for money from the services provided. The tender is designed to encompass all payment infrastructure into one contract, to include:

• single and recurring domestic and international payments to the University:

• online Store functionality and any related payments to the University suppliers must be prepared to offer all payment functionality and to work with the University to develop cost effective services that utilise the supplier’s buying power to reduce overall transaction fees but also improve the range of payment services available. The University is looking for a system that will drive cost efficiency and value for money over the contract period.
