TF0A4449 Project ID No. P158359 Reference No. (as per Procurement Plan): PHRD-C-1-3    The Republic of Armenia (RA) has received financing from the Japan Policy and Human Resource Development Technical Assistance Grants Program toward the cost of the Agriculture Policy Monitoring and Evaluation Capacity Building Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.   The consulting services (“the Services”) include the development, together with a National Expert, and in collaboration with the designated representatives of the MOE, of the Data Warehouse system that consists of a platform where users with different access levels can extract reliable and useful quantitative and qualitative information easily and timely for the purposes of using it in formulation, implementation, and tracing the results of agriculture and agribusiness development support policies. The platform should store and regularly replenish data and statistics generated by national and international official sources, such as the Statistical Committee of the Republic of Armenia (ARMSTAT), Cadastre Committee of the Republic of Armenia, FAOSTAT, WTO, OECD, and others to be determined. For internal purposes the data generated from non-official sources, including MOE would also be used for storing and analysis.  These data may include food safety related statistics, statistics related to the implementation of specific governmental programs, etc.    The detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) for the assignment are attached to this request for expressions of interest.   The Ministry of Economy of Republic of Armenia now invites individual consultants (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services.
