PROCUREMENT FOR THE SUPPLY OF GOODS USING NATIONAL MARKET PROCEDURES (One-Envelope Bidding Process with e-Procurement)   Request for Bids (RFB)     Date: November 30, 2020 Project No: P171796 Loan No: 9043-GE RFB Reference No.: LMDC/G/RFB/05     1.      The Government of Georgiahas receivedfinancing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Irrigation and Land Market Development Project (ILMDP) Additional Financing- P171796, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for pick-up vehicles. 2.      The NAPR now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for supply of pick-up vehicles, as defined in the procurement document. 3.      Bidding will be conducted using national market procedures  agreed with the World Bank, and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, July 2016, Revised November 2017 and August 2018 (“Procurement Regulations”). In addition, please refer to paragraphs 3.14 and 3.15 of the Procurement Regulations setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest. 4.      Bidders shall obtain procurement document free of charge and  Electronic Bidding will be permitted. Bids must be submit their bids electronically through Georgian E-Government Procurement System   on or before December 15, 2020.
