UNDP kindly requests NGOs/CSOs to submit Proposals for the Capacity building support to IDPs, FHH, and PWDs through technical and vocational training in Garowe and Hargeisa. Proposals may be submitted before the bid submission deadline as indicated in the UNDP eTendering system. All elements of your bid must be submitted in eTendering system. In the course of preparing your Proposal, it shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your proposal is submitted before the deadline.  Proposals that are received by UNDP after the deadline indicated for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation.  Ensure that your Proposal is signed and in the .pdf format, and free from any virus or corrupted files.
