Description of the Requirement:
This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of the Department of National Defence (DND) [the "Client"] for the provision of Task and Solutions Professional Services. The requirement is for two (2) 5.15 Junior Technical Clerks to assist Directorate of Maritime Management and Support (DMMS) Management Information System (MIS) and the Navy; in the NCR. The intent of this bid solicitation is to result in the award for up to 2 contracts, which will be chosen based off their rank in descending order of combined rating of technical merit and price.
