The Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) requires provision of meal and hotel accommodations during the COVID-19 pandemic to isolate CAF members before embarking on operational vessels.

There will be a requirement for single occupancy rooms (1x person per room) with private bathroom for periods varying from 14, 7 and 5 days/nights (full 24 hr periods), to include three meals daily, delivered to guestrooms. The services must be provided no farther than 20 kilometers driving distance from the CFB ESQUIMALT.

This requirement is to establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the Department of National Defence (DND) for accommodations and meals in the Victoria, B.C. area. 

It is the intention to issue of to eight (8) Standing Offers.

The period for placing call-ups against the Standing Offer(s) will be from issuance of the Standing Offer to December 31, 2021, with an additional three (3) month extension period.
