The Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic has a requirement for the services
in the attached draft Performance Work Statement. This action is to complete market
research to determine whether there is adequate interest for this requirement. This
notice is only for the purpose of identifying potential small business sources. The
Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to General Dynamics
Information Technology, Inc. for the requirements. This is a notice of intent and is not a
request for competitive quotes. Quoters are solely responsible for all expenses
associated with responding to this notice. The Government will not pay for information
received in response to this notice. Responses are due to Rozella Johnson, Contract
Specialist, NIWC Atlantic by 1:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time, 18 February 2022. The
